Need help...VTEC not engaging
What happened: Got the car back from the mechanic, my clutch, flywheel and master cylinder were installed. After, I decided to install MSD Wires... Unfortunately I have no cover for the spark plug wires, so it looks like an LS engine style.
When I went to finally launch my car today...I couldnt hit VTEC. Turns out my wires came out and I was only firing 2 cylinders
I was throwing a check engine light, so I plugged them back in and headed home. I threw on my orig. wires, made sure the firing order was right, and turned it on. Bam. NO light.
I went out, tested it...no VTEC. Checked my oil, saw it was low, so I filled it up 2 quarts and now its more than plentiful. Went out, tested it, no VTEC.
What could my problem be? Could i have fried my ECU? Solenoid? Is my car gona die
hehe please help out guys!

Well I would check and make sure your vtec switch on the solenoid didn't get broken. Also check your solenoid and make sure u get a ohm reading within spec. And finally check your wiring to and from your vtec solenoid to your harness or ECU.
Good luck.
Good luck.
