Default Need help trying to get a siezed O2 sensor out of a DC header

I have a DC ceramic header and the sensor is stuck in it.

I've tried a 22 mm wrench (closed end) with a breaker bar and it started to strip the O2.

Any suggestions?

i believe they sell a special socket that will slip over the o2 sensor, you could use that if it isn't rounded off already. or a pair of vice grips. i unno thats all i can think of for now.

I'd spray some nut loosener on it, then try to remove it. Maybe it needs to be tightened a little more then unloosened.

Try a 6 point 22mm closed wrench and a bfh.
