need help on torqe

i need help on torgeing like wats the footpound i need it to torqe my head because i got ARP head stud and was wondering if anyone know the foot pound of it thanks.

what is torgeing first of all. and for arp specs go to arp website, specs come with products and you have to use arp moly lube
