Default need help.. problem after swap

Ok i just got done putting a new engine in my civic. Before i took my old enigne out everything worked fine including my cd player. Well now after the new engine was put in for whatever reason the cd player wont work ne more. I checked the fuse for the radio and it was fine. I tested all teh power wires for the radio to (yellow, red, adn back) and they all have power to them but for some reason my deck stilll wont turn on is there is different fuse or something that could be causing my deck not to turn on. I have been trying to figure this out for a while but i just have no idea what teh problem could be. I tried a new deck also thinking my HU was burnt out but the new unit didnt work either. any suggestions or comments would be greatley appecitated.

there is power in all three wires after the plug and i tried two decks and one was brand new so i doubt its the plug that goes to teh deck either.

But is there "enough" power? And I meant the plug that plugs into the deck.

well i was getting 12volts which i think is the right amount of power and i tired a brand new deck also so i doubt that it is the plug that goes in the back of teh deck. Is there a way to directly connect the deck somewhere so that it def gets power?
