Default Need help with obd2a to obd1 swap

Hi guys,
I have a big problem about my swap in a civic ek.
The car is a Jdm 97 civic ek originally with a d15b engine obd2a harness. I have swapped a b16a odb1 engine and used the d15b engine harness.I have changed the injectors and using a kenji's jumper and p28 ecu.I used the obd1 distributor and connected the wires to the d15b harness coz the connectors didn't match together.I used a helms manual to match the specific wires together.
The engine is not starting coz there is no spark
I have some questions to ask:

Does the b16a with p28 ecu start without the crank flacution sensor?

If i connect a direct supply on the coil and eliminate the oem wires, will i have spark on the high tension leads? ( just to try)

Please i need big help from you guys as usual
Thanks in advance
