All B- and H-series motors are DOHC. B18A and B18B are the only non-VTEC B-series. H23 came in both non-VTEC and a more rare (and not sold in the USA) VTEC versions. All F-series are SOHC except a JDM DOHC F22B which made 160 ps.

 

You also forgot that the 88-91 prelude was a B20 and B21, they were also NOT VTEC. Then you missed the 97-01 CRV, which was a B20B or B20Z, and these were ALSO not VTEC equipped.
