Hi there I need help if any can help me out. My Son's 94 Honda Civic DX, has A/C. The motor is a B18B and has a Turbo kit on it. I was working on it installing a Condenser fan. Once I had it install, I turn the car on and the A/c. Everything was working fine. Then I started to work on the waste gate pipe to clear the fan. I disconnected the battery so I can spot weld the pipe to the waste gate, then pulled it out and finish welding. Once all that was done, I went to test the A/C and none of the A/C control panel works, the blower wont come on, A/C compressor and Fan wont come on, and the Radiator fan would not come on either. I checked every single fuse at the engine bay, under the dash panel, the relay, check to see if power was getting to the compressor, but nothing. Can't drive it cause the cooling fan will not come on and the engine gets hot, and check engine light comes on. Again, everything was working fine in the morning, cold A/C fans working fine. What gives!!! Any help I'll apprecited.

 

Sure sounds like a power, [fuse] issue, with so many diff. circuits not working I would guess a main fuse.

How are you checking the fuses, are you jusr eyeballing them? 94

 

No, we tested them with a test light with the motor on and motor off. I'm lost big time.

did you reinstall the ground wire on the radiator support?

 

If all the fuses are good then, as mentioned, check your harness grounds. 94

 

Got it fixed. The fuse 7.5 was corroded and once I moved it when I was double checking myself it started. I clean the fuse holder and put a new fuse, everything is working fine so far. Thanks:
