Which part has play? The inner or outer race?

You could just buy one from Honda for like $17 if it's suspect.

If I flip the fly wheel over the bearing will fall out.

The safest thing to do is not run that flywheel unless you fix the problem by fitting a bearing with a bigger outer diameter otherwise your input shaft bearing of your tranny will suffer.

Good luck.

Actually one was brand new and came with the clutch net clutch kit we are using and the other was the oem one that came out of the stock flywheel. Both had the same results the bearing is loose and will fall out when the flywheel is flipped over. Looks like I will be calling Fidanza in the morning.

Yeah...sounds like you got a jacked flywheel...or the wrong one. That bearing usually has to be tapped in....Mike

if it's so snug that it will hold with locktight then you might be OK.....but with the heat of the engine and vibration it might come loose on you...........tough call......
