ok i just put my 91 ls motor into my 89 crx dx now it is having trouble starting, and when it does it stutters and when you go to give it gas it shuts off. what could it be??? my ecu is throwing a code 14 i think it is a (IAC) but not sure i had another one and put it on but same outcome but it could also be bad. the car is obd0 so maybe you guys could help out any advice is good .

the iacv and another sensor (can't remember which) have the same plugs and can reach one another.

maybe you just mixed them up.

otherwise based on the symptoms you describe, i'd guess that the engine is out of time. bad idle....bogs / shuts off when you give it gas = timing is off

thanks for the help so far i think i might have the tps and map sensor swaped but not sure
