just put one layer of the oem gasket. i would say get a mugen or spoon gasket, but money might be a concern.

i believe that the mugen and spoon head gaskets are for vtec motors (with the ls/vtec you use an ls head gasket).

most people buy the oem headgasket and just remove the middle layer, i'm not sure how much it bumps compression though.

what compression are you looking to run? and what itr pisons are you using? cause jdm itr pistons, with ls rods, and b16a head is a fairly high compression. If your head and block have been milled/decked at all before the buildup you might be getting yourself into more compression than you think.

I'm using usdm itr slugs. The head won't be milled. This set up yields about 11.1/11.2:1. I originally had pr3 pistons for higher compression. I just wanted to get close to pr3 compression with my itr's. So then I should just remove the center layer?
