Default Need Clutch help...

I recently installed a 97 d16y8 into my 93 hatch cx. i installed a new clutchmasters flywheel and an OEM Si clutch. Ive done 550miles since ive swapped motors and i hate my clutch. I feels very very soft, it doesnt grab very well, i have to let the pedal out alot for it to catch.

I looked underneath the dash by the clutch pedal and the busing by the firewall was covered in oil and pretty soggy. I bleed my clutch yesterday but it didnt make any difference. What can i do? somthing broken? seals gone bad? Or could the clutch disc or presure plate be bad? please help!
