Default need cam advice

im in the process of building a motor this is what im useing

gsr head -crower springs, retainers, ferra valves
b16 bottem end stock (for now )
jrsc kit w/ 10 lb pullys
550 rc injectors
ect......
heres my question i have a set of crower stage 3 cams

Int- 305 mid
Exh-305 mid Int- 263 mid
Exh-255 mid Int- 468 mid
Exh-468 mid

i have these left over from a previous na build , would these work for the jrsc aplication ?
any info would be great .

do NOT run those cams. they have too much overlap and lift for a boosted car. find someone and trade them 01 ITR or ctr cams for your crowers. or just buy gsr's for like 50 bux

itr or ctr cams ?? i kinda had a feeling the crowers were to agressive for a boost build ...

For a blower car maybe, since the IM pressure to exhaust pressure is different. Turbo cars are have IMP to EMP ratios that are very similar to NA cars once you get the turbo spooled up.

I like a mild NA cam in turbo cars, they run well. Usually not worth the money spent since the turbo itself is what dictates your power level and powerband, and 2 psi on a $9 Grainger valve makes more power than any $$$ set of cams. For something like an LS, that comes with very poor cams, a set of $125 Delta regrinds can make a world of difference in power and spool, but that's the exception to the rule in Honduhland.

the motor is in the car running but came into a problem the crank and alt belts
keeps slipping off a notch, at low speed i havent drove it past 45 . is there a cure for this ?
