You are going to be better off with a more aggressive cam, like an ITR/CTR cam or perhaps even a stage 1 aftermarket cam.

Yes, but I recommend doing a slight retune with those cams. It's not a "drop in" instant power result. CTR or Skunk2 Tuner Stage 1.

IMO, the Tuner series cams are probably a bit big for his setup, but almost anything smaller than that would work, if you set the cam gears right and re-tune.

About 30whp difference in power b/w B16 and GS-R Cams. It's not just the setup. It is mainly physics.
Simply because VTEC is "louder" doesn't mean it's giving more power, if anything, the best tune is where you barely hear any difference b/w switchovers.
