That very clearly implies that you thought 30 thou was more than .05

It also very clearly shows that his ORIGINAL post said .05, and that you cannot use that "typo" as an excuse because it was not there when you posted.

Well, you obviously did something with your computer's date and time, or the server, in an attempt to save face. I know for a fact that it said .05 when I posted, but that is probably not proof enough for you.

However. Machine4321 posted on the 20th, which supposedly is AFTER you edited your post, but yet he still used .05? If you had really edited that number on the 19th, machine never would have seen the .05, and he never would have included it in his post.

One more thing I have a problem with: Simply because I do not have as high a post count as you, poison, means that I have a lesser intellect? Why is it that the amount of times I have commented on things matters?

I agree that this has gotten way out of control, and that I could have been nicer about it in the first place. I apologise for that.

On the other hand, I was right, those two guys were wrong, and post count should not have anything to do with this.

How is it that you edited your post on the 19th, when you started the thread on the 20th?

Yes they were, and you went out of line by calling him an "idiot" in the first place which sparked the fire on this whole BS. You offended him by calling him an idiot right off hand for a simple mistake. This is why I called you a n00b.

But apology is accepted. Don't go having a sour face towards people already when you just come here to the board. We are not here to do that. If you have input on helping someone out in the Tech forum you KNOW about, then throw your suggestion at the person to help fix the problem. Not sit there and insult them for crap.

I despise people giving false information with no experience and such, because that can cost people more problems, more $$ and more down time when working on things is already stressful. But him stating ".05 isn't much and .03 is more anyways" isn't a very big deal, but still false. So correct him and let him learn from it. Not insult him.
