Default narrowing down electrical problem.. . does this sound right? please look

ok so i hooked up my safc today. the power turns on (so grounds and power are both good), rpm is accurate (green wire good), throttle signal is accurate (grey wire good)...
car runs hella rich and has low idle... can i single out the air flow/pressure wires as my problem? i swear i hooked up everything right and soldered them in solid.... im starting to think i wired the inputs and the output wires in reverse. does this sound like it could be my low idle and running rich problem????
i check with apex and they said all the tests from my sensor checks were good, and intial settings were correct...
what else should i look for?...

im pretty sure if you wired the input/output backwards then the car would not start... dont take my word on that though. when you tapped the signals, did you tap them as close to the ecu as possible? did you wire the grounds in the right order... the brown and black wires - i remember reading that theres a specific order you have to do it otherwise it gets fucked up, and they have to be a certain distance from each other too. you say they say your initial settings are correct eh? triple check them.

brown is suppose to be closest to the ecu then black should be 1 cm apart. the wires are all tapped inabout 3 inches from the ecu. intial settings have been checked over and over they are correct.
