Default Mystery LSD? (pics)

If anyone knows what LSD this is let me know. I bought it from a local trans shop who had it sitting on the shelf for many years. It bolts up to 92+ D-series ring gear and fits perfectly in the the case. No clearance or shimming issues. The passenger side of the diff fits a B series axle and the drivers side of the diff has large splines and no groove cut for a axle lock ring. I tried a Bseries half shaft and it slides in and works perfectly. So it fits a 92+ D ring gear yet accepts only B series axles and half shafts. Im thinking its maybe a ZC diff if a ZC half shaft has the same splines and the same size as a B-series half shaft. The speedo ring gear is a odd color too, usually honda's are black from what I have seen.

So if any one knows the MAKE (OEM,Kaaz, OBX ect) and what the right APPLICATION for this diff let me know.

Thanks

i think the zc's halfshaft have the same splines as a b series. that looks like a oem speedo gear. some of the zc's came with oem lsd. im not sure if there interchangeable between cable and hydro, but u could probably just use your final drive

The shop installed it in my trans (s20 del sol trans), but during the install into the car I had the axle issue. I swapped the diff out today for a stock diff, now just trying to figure out what it is so I can sell it or use it down the road.

It appears to be an OEM Honda differential from a single cam car that came with an intermediate shaft, almost definately from a JDM application, most likely an EF wagon?

I don't think that it's a zc lsd, because why would it have the axle size as the d-series for the drivers side

for the record, zc diff = si differential with cable b16a side gears.

EDIT Some how I got a B series passenger axle mixed in with my spares, BOTH side of the diff take B series axles yet the ring gear fits a D
