TOE PROBLEMS ON CRX, EMERGENCY!
So i did the itr 4x114 upgrade on my jdm crx.
i also replaced the axles with 90-93 axles and halfshaft.
After everything i got crazy toe.
The left wheel pokes outwards about an inch when the wheel is straight
and the right pokes out another inch outwards in the other direction.
I cant break my tie rods loose to adjust them.
My question is, how can it be so off, will my tie rods extend far enough,
and will a wheel shop be able to do it?

isnt an ITR a 5 lug?
what is removed to do this conversion? (I would imagine knuckles and trailing arms)
if you swapped knuckles (do ITR knuckles fit a CRX???) then the answer is plain as day...
either way, you need an alignment.

Correct
Correct
The early Type R's were a 4 lug pattern. The late ones are the 5 X 114.3.
To the guy who started this, do you have access to a torch? You might be able to just heat them up and break them loose. But I would say douse that **** with some PB Blaster or some other penetrating lubricant and let that sit for a few minutes and then use your arms instead of your little sister's and let them have it.

heat.
BG penetrating oil, or PB blaster.
sometimes it works to spray freeze spray on the inner tie rod end if heat is not an option.
but honestly, just take it to a reputable alignment shop that can handle it for you because say you do break them loose and can straighten it out...you still need to get it aligned so i'd say let them handle it.
if they are good, it won't be the first car that they've had to handle like that

I recommend not heating any of that stuff with a torch unless you're replacing the outer tie rod end anyway... the end has a nylon sleeve inside it that the ball rests against, heat ruins this sleeve.
