Default The mystery continues. Low compression.

My engine sucks. Ok people you might remember this post https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=938300 Where I had problems with compression on my b16a2. After getting its compression retested by the dealer and a leakdown test they said nothing is wrong, and the oil usage was because of the age of the engine. I could easily drive another 100,000miles. I believed them....
But now..

The new problem.
Oil usage increased! Im lucky to use 1litre every 400miles.
Big clouds of white/greyish smoke at WOT.
Oil on block under headgasket
Black goo in my coolant reservoir
Compression dropped on cyl #3 to 145PSI

So whats going on? My headgasket is leaking? I couldn't find coolant in the oil (put lighter under dipstick). I have no weird noises starting the engine, also it starts without a hassle.
Also my plugs are kind of whiteish. No coolant or fuel on them.

Or maybe my whole engine is bad. Needs a rebuilt or a swap.

Thanks.

from the results frm your compression test i would say you have leak some where.Your compression should not vary that much. From 215-165 but now you say it's 215-145. The most should be around 215-195 on your motor

I would do a wet compression test first. That is when you put a few drops of oil in the cyclinders and do you compression test again. if the readings change much you have bad piston rings. If they don't, use an air compresor to put air in the cyclinders and listen for air leaks. if you hear it coming out of the intake it you intake valves, if you hear it in your exhaust, it's you exhaust valves. It could be the valve seals. Open your radiator cap, if you see air bubbles you have a coolent leak. It's a easy check and gets you a ball park area where to look for the rest of the problem.
