I picked up a GSR IM and TB and there is nothing right here on the Bottom of the TB whats suppose to be there?

I believe the fast idle valve goes there, that is the usual spot for it although I've never worked on a gsr motor. It has coolant running through it and lets some air bypass the tb butterfly depending on coolant temp. You could try leaving it unhooked as is, or plugging those air holes up if you can't find a fast idle valve, depending on the climate where you're at you might be able to get by w/o it. Then again it might make your car idle funny w/o one. Good luck.

 

I don't have a fitv. I start my car up and it idles at 750 rpm. My right foot became the fitv
Takes the car longer to warm up w/o it.

 

So should I not worry about it or go get one?

 

try with out it first, if you don't like it get on then
