Default My ECU

I've got 133k on my 93 S Prelude (sucks until I drop the h22a. in from JDM.) I was told that if I reset my ecu I'll get better gas milage and supposedly some better performance. If this is true, how can I reset my ECU?

Disconnect your battery for a couple minutes (or pull backup fuse) and start your car. Let it idle upto operating temp (fans kick on). DO NOT TOUCH THE THROTTLE during this time. After it's warm turn the ignition all the way off and back on. Your ECU is now reset. Don't expect anything spectacular though.

I reset my ecu every three months or when I do a major modification.
