Default Blowin fuses

For no apparent reason my speedometer craped out. I went threwe the steps in the helms to find the problem. I found that the fuse is blowing. Every time i replace it, it blows in seconds. So evidently i have a short. Any easy way to find out where?

Default Re: Blowin fuses (Teken)

I just recently had SDS standalone installed. Its been over a week and no problems. Then i went to drive my car five mins. after it had been working and the speedometer didnt work. I found that it was a blown fuse, i then replaced it. As soon as i turn the ignition to the on position it blows. It requires a 10 amp fuse. I looked at the surronding area under the steering column for wires that were shorted but didnt see anything. I looked at the actual speed sensor wires and they were fine. Im sure that it is something shorted but I was just asking for someone to help me figure out how to find it by using the voltmeter which i am familiar with.
