i bleed the system so many times... my car is really lean because of my stock ex pump that im going to replace this weekend.
can it overheat from running to lean?
when i take off the thermostat everthing is fine... on the hwy it runs way to cold..
have a spoon thermostat.

Those tiny bubbles, might just be a clue to a bad head gasket. Mine did something like that, last time it blew. Had to wait 20+ minutes before any bubbles showed up in mine. hehehe
About the only thing you can do, is have a "Leak Down Test" done on it. That will tell you a lot more then a compression test will....

oh god guys relax its just air bubbles. fill the car with coolent and run the motor so the fan turns on twice while leaving the radiator cap off. and i garentee it will stop. or there could be one oter thing. you forgot to connect one of the coolent lines and it is just leaking.
