Default help please!!!

i have a 92 civic 4 door 1.5 l that keeps running hot i changed the thermostat and the radiator is circulating the water and antifreeze right so i dont think the water pump is bad i dont know what the problem could be any help would be greatly appreciated thanks

i checked other threads and found nothing there is no water in the oil, its not smoking so i think the head gasket is fine there is no leak in the system, it runs fine till i get on the highway at speeds over 60 then it wants to start running hott any help would be greatly appreciated

is your thermostat sticking or anything? happened to my honda...and i think i had to replace some other hoses...but that sounds like it is the thermostat sticking. take it out and boil it and see if it opens up. if not...go get another one.

i just replaced the thermostat could a brand new one be bad?

i think i found the problem i burped the system and when i checked the thermoswitch (the bronze and grey plug on the themostat housing) i used a paper clip in both of the female plugs the fan stayed on and the car didnt overheat so i assume the problem is the themoswitch is bad its not reading right and cutting the fan on when it needs it
