Default my car keeps shutting off

today my car died on the freeway and found out it was the blown 15 amp under the hood fuse for the ecu. When i replaced it with another fuse it kept on blowing at startup, so i put a 30 amp one; it worked fine for a while but then blew again. Anybody have any ideas why it keeps blowing? I really need help because its my daily driver so any help or advice would greatly be appreciated.. thanks

check for shorts or wires that may be spliced and touching the ground. you dont wanna put a bigger fuse in there because it can cause your ecu to fry. when i had this problem, it was wires that were touching the ground. check the alternator too to make sure

Alright i think i found the problem but dont know exactly what the wires are for, so hopefully you guys can help me out.

Under the hood right by the driver side firewall there is a little grey harness with 8 yellow wires and a black stripe. For some reason two of those wires fried and bonded together.

Can anybody tell me what that harness is for and maybe acknowledge it to being my problem? Also any reason why this might have happened. Thanks for the help.

im not exactly sure but usually on that side, there is the main clip that goes from the wiring harness to the inside fuse panel and gauges and so on. yellow sometimes means positive power. there are like 3 sets that run in that area, the main harness, then like the part for ur lights and then i forgot what the other was from. maybe those wires were just the ones running to ur fuses/relay

the gray plug is a resistor bypass plug for your injectors. eg's use saturated injectors so they don't reqiure resistors unlike ef's which are peak-hold. anyways, you may have a bad injector. if you take a meter and do a ohm's check on your injectors. refer to the chilton's or whatever for the correct resistance.

would oil leaking on the injector clip cause the injector to go bad, because oil seemed to leak on injector #1 due to leakage from my oil cap. Thanks for all the help.
