It's grounded. Keep putting bigger fuses in there and you'll start a fire. Could be internal to the amp. I can't really understand what you're trying to say.
yeah i check all the wires .. The amp is grounded to as well but it pop when i place the new fuse ??? Could it be the amp ??
i got a free amp .. its a cheapo amp its a visonik amp 400watts lol.. but yeah it just went out on me a couple of days . u think i just need a new one.../???? i took it out today and i shook it and there was something rattling inside the amp?>? can that be a problem to as welll!!
Well that did not answer my question, "what fuse is blowing?" but to answer yours, something rattling around inside an amp is definitely a problem, open the amp up and see what it is.

well i opend the amp today and then i check it there was some bolts that came off. but i place them back . so the fuse that was on it first was a clear 25 fuse .. i place another set of 25 and 30 fuse .. .... and its still blows !!! wtf should i do >>>
all three of these homies right here that just replied IMO really know whats up, but you have to help them help you, by giving more deatail to whats really going on. like fcm said, what fuse is popping where is located whats the amperage. etc...
but in re: to your post. this may or may not help, there was an instance in a friends car, where one of his alpine 12" subs was causing the inline fuse in the 8g power wire from the battery to short, got rid of the sub and it was fine. Im sure i could've used a VOM to test the speaker, but we just did trial and error.
...details really help

I just do not get why some OPs will not answer a simple question.

I stopped reading at pop... Promptly clicked "back".
Then I saw the several replies and "additional information" from the OP and was like
WTF is wrong with kids these days??
