motor swap???help please?
swapping a b15b vtec. into a 89 crx si. i'm just trying to get the car to fire. we used the factory harness and ecu which is nonvtec. had to rewire thw distributor to match the plugs.(all wires were the same except 1 on each. i have the fire at the plugs. and using the original injectors but they are not pulsing??? anyone have suggestions???

If you used the distributor that came with the D15B (which is OBD-1) and the '89 Si computer (OBD-0) that is your problem. The two are not compatible. There are too many vanes on the reluctor wheel, and the timing is not correct. You will need to modify the mounting feet on your Si distributor to fit the D15B head. With a proper modification you can still mount the distributor with two bolts.
