Default Motor starting issues B18C

Hey guys I need help with bringing my beast to life.
Long story short: during winter i rebuilt my engine adding ITR cams and YCP high compression pistons.
After rebuild I cannot start my engine.
Simptomes- during cranking it starts firing but engine do not start.
I checked: main relay- ok ; fuel pump- ok; distributor- ok; ecu (I got 3 of them for tests )- all are ok, compression-ok
When I turn key in second position no checklights, only 2 sec during priming. If I turn distributor shaft I got both spark and I can hear injectors working. I tested them- all are working.
When I crank engine injectors stop working. Should it be like this?
I checked all grounds because there are numerous threads with issues with ground. It is not my case.
I am running out of options. Help! Anybody got similar issues?

I'm not sure how high of a compression you have, but perhaps you need to add more fuel to your map? Check compression? Codes?

Compression 12,4:1 no error codes. Any other ideas?

Compression test, are you using stock base map?

You can always try running it on brake cleaner to rule out fuel.

Yup! With brake cleaner engine is running.
I changed also fuel pump- it did not help. I am sure for a ziloion percent that problem is with fuel. But I do not understand why.
Like I wrote in my first post: when I turn distributor shaft injectors are working. They don't work when I try to crank engine. I even tried to power fuel pump from external battery- it did not help.

I am using standard basemap for ITR.
Compression test also ok

Ugh, I hate intermittent issues!

When the Main Relay goes bad

Look here and check for the proper fuses. Sounds like you're not getting power wherever your ignition position is in.

Distributor installed properly, you went up 1 whole ratio on your compression, your ecu needs to adjust some fuel for that.

What is missing from the injectors, [when cranking to start] power from the PGM-FI Main Relay, [fuel injector relay] or the ground pulse from the ECU? 94

Constantly or when ign. is in run and start?

Ground pulse is supplied by the ECU, check for power at IGP1 and IGP2 to the ECU with ign. in both the run and start positions. 94
