Default mods for daily driver?

as tittle says...96 se...actually looking for the best header/exhaust setup...waiting on the v2 aem cai to drop for intake...im looking into the itr catback for the exhaust..but what year itr exhaust is the one i will need...
"i do not want a loud *** annoying exhaust"...a nice buzz at WOT is ok

suspension set up...

dont want it slammed...maybe nice 1 inch drop with decent shocks..i will be adding both upper strut tower braces..most likely nuespeed and the bsq itr rear swaybar install..other than that i would like to swap out all bushing related to suspension to maybe reduce rattles and thuds from worn bushings...all setups will be considered and the mojority will be the chosen set up......also i was thinking itr spings on koni reds..non adjustable..i dont wanna be bothered with playing with the adjustments...
i dont wanna choose these setups by myself as i have no idea what the pros and cons would be of them..so i turn to you guys/girls for advice from the experienced..
thanks a million...

What car? 96 se integra?
I assume integra since you are looking for an ITR exhaust. Get a JDM Header/CAT if you are looking for an ITR catback exhaust. A nice relatively quiet exhaust is the APEXi Worldsport.

I personally like Eibach springs for a nice ride with some Koni or whatever shocks. You can also get Ground Control Coilovers (springs are made by Eibach). If you want to go a more expensive route there's many different coilover systems to use...

If you want ~ 1" drop, I'd go with H&R OE's. They'll give you about a .75" drop, which is similar to that of an ITR.

I have an ITR catback on my LS and I'm using the stock cat. Any year of the USDM ITR catback will fit your SE.

For a daily driver, I/H/E should give you good increased performance without sacraficing reliability. Personally, I'm going to go with a Comptech 4-2-1 and an Icebox to complete the H & E on my daily driver.

geezus thank u...i was looking at the h&r oe sport spring but thought maybe it wasnt enough of a drop..but im pretty sure those are the ones i"ll run with...match them up with koni reds should give a decnt ride plus rear itr sway and nuespeed front and rear strut tower braces...also is there an aftermarket company that i can buy rubber bushing (all that play a part in ride comfort)or get oem...i dont want the ones that stiffen up the ride..just replace old with new rubber..and what bushing would i exactly be replacing that have to do with ride comfort so i know which ones to order...

as for the itr exhaust..is it a direct bolt on or lil mods needed..and i was thinking of the comtech header also...whats the difference in the 4-2-1 and 4-1...the ls needs more high end power where it starts fall off..

intake: im waiting for the v2 aem cai to come out...

thanks..

haha, dude you've already listed a bunch of stuff you are considering. have you performed a search on these various items? i was able to find information and and choose all my parts based solely on research. you said you don't know the pros/cons, but that's what a search will help you find out.

on another note. i would choose hr sports. 1.5-1.75 inch drop - a little more aggressive, but definitely streetable. if you can't do koni adjustables, reds are cool. but it really helps to have adjustability..the difference between comfort and discomfort, especially if you are going with the sport/race drop. imo, if you plan on doing any aggressive driving, go for the sport drop at least

aem intake, comptech 4-2-1, and the itr catback as previously suggested and call it a day.

i would like the sport drop but dont want a real hard ,rough ride, thats why im considering the oe sport drop lil softer i assume..i dont know yet...thats why im asking for YOUR opinions as to the difference in the ride feel of the 2...as far as adjustable shocks..i dont wanna be bothered playing with the adjustments...

positive feedback appreciated...thanks

have you even researched this yourself? most companies will have all the specs you need and feedback from real customers. you come here and ask for our experiences, maybe we dont have the ones you're looking for? and thats why you got no replies.
