Default Modify Oem Oil Pump??

I Know The housing can be ported but what about the gear can it be polished maybe so it moves freely in the housing or any type of mod be made to it (besides replacing with aftermarket)

Oil pumps can be 'blueprinted' which means you check the gear end clearance, etc which helps prevent oil from bypassing the gears, especially at low rpm. However, it can not be made to have higher volume. To do that you need larger gears. The pressure at which the pressure regulator can be increased too but there is no reason to do that unless it was set to low in the first place.
