Default Miss fire in all cylinders

hey what's up guys. I'm looking for some help. I have a 01 Gs-R w/ a b18c5 bottom end, b18c1 head, PnP, Ctr cams, itr valves, portflow valve, springs and a 01 itr ECU. I have a very rough idle and it fluxuates(sp) up to 1,100 and down to 300. also i have a check engine light and reads mis fires in all cylinders and i dunno if i have ne others b/c my friends honda scanner can only do 4 codes at a time. I was talking to guy who PnP my head and said maybe my map or iacv could be bad. i'll take suggest from here

Check ignition issues? Cap and rotor ok? You getting solid spark on all cylinders? How do your plugs look? Start there.

the rough/fluctuating idle is probably: map, tps, or vacuum. My first guess would be tps. Just for curiousity unplug your tps when the car is fluctuating and see if it idles normal.

the idle should quit bouncing up and down. that is if the tps is your problem
