Hello Hondatech, I have a question!

I changed the head gasket and I took all the rockers and didn't remember to mark where they go. So I put all the rockers in random places and now the cams are not lining up to the marks I made on the timing belt and is not seating with the cam gears pointing up (stock cam gears). Note; the cam gears have not come off the cam's ever.

My question, does it matter how the cam's are seated? Do the cam gears have to point up? And if the answers are yes and yes, how do I do that? LOLOL!
