Default Minimum Piston to head clearance for dummies.

Hello Honda Tech.

I'm really concerned about something that is going on my motor even though I'm 5000 miles away from it, for 4 months now, and for the next 2...

The thing is, with no bla bla bla, that, after multiple machine shop failures, I had a piston sitting .8mm outside of the deck.

I believed in my tuner when he said that the HG was 1mm thick when compressed, so I cut .5mm of the piston, and assembled it.

Now, I know the HG is .66mm thick, so my clearance is arround .36mm

Oh, and how the clearance was measured? Simple, I put the head in the block with no gasket, and turned the crank, and it lifted .3mm after the piston was cut.

Now, is it possible the the piston is hitting the head in high RPM conditions? I can hear no knock, or strange noises, thus, I feel that the engine is kinda week after 2000 miles of the heaviest abuse it can get, but I bealieve it has sth to do with SAND IN THE FUEL TANK (long story short, my filter is clogged thanks to some ********).

just 2 videos of this thing running, the second one after half of the video, I "race" a stock B16a2 with 130whp. Does this performs like a 176whp engine?

thanks
