Default Mini-me timing belt

I'm trying to put the timing belt on my mini-me swap... It is a b@$ch and a half. I've been working on it for 5 hours and am so pissed off. I'm using the d16z6 timing belt which is the correct one!!! I have the tensioner all the way loose. I'm ready to hit my car with a sledge. Please help. I know its supposed to be tight but i can not get it on.

I've been there. When I did it I was forturnate enough to have 4 different timing belts and just installed the one that worked.

Try contacting Fixhondas, he has done the mini-me and he is a Honda mechanic by trade.
