Advance 1deg(both cams) for every .012" of material removed. You want +2.5IN, +2.5EX for .030".

I'd imagine there is no way around this without having adjustable cam gears installed? These gears are, unfortunatly, illeagle for the class of racing I compete in.

Have you ever thought of having a second keyway cut into your stock gears, 180deg of the stock keyway? You would have to figure how much advance you want, and place the keyway accordingly. Technically, they would still be stock gears.
