Default Metal flake in coolant...

Would this be from what appeared to be a cheap mini-radiator, or something more catastrophic?

I know its very clean but it did run for 15 minutes or so before i shut it off, because original problem was not fixed yet..
No flakes in oil...

Flakes in the coolant can be from a large number of things. A cheap radiator is the highest possibility of the source. Flush it, fill it, send it.

That's what I was thinking too, swapping to a full size and didn't want to mess it up...

If you (or anyone else) has ever used stop leak in the system it can look like that as well.

I haven't...I know better, but thanks for the advice.. I'm going to flush everything and have a full size alpha series to put back in the halves place...
