Messed up screw!
i just wanted to say thank you to everyone! i took the hub off and had to take it to a metal shop as the screw was extremely hard material and wouldnt budge at all. thanks all!
For future reference, let me share some tips. I ended up consuming 5 to 8 mounted grinding stones for sharpening a chainsaw in a high speed air die grinder to get a similar hardened fastner to break. Those grinding stones are like 5/32 diameter with about an inch of abrasive and an 1/8 inch shank.
I would have bet if you used RJ's technique to load the rotor and put some good stress in that stuck screw, that with a little grinding you could have gotten the head to pop off.
If it was me, I would have loaded the drum like RJ said, gotten the rotor to lift a little off the hub cockeyed, then I would have hit the rotor opposite the stuck screw (where you got the other screw out) and I bet I could have popped the stuck screw.
