Default MAP sensor question

I have a f20b that is getting horrible mpg, and has a slight miss/bog at 1500 rpm. Anyways trying to limit the possibilities of what it might be. I am looking for the proper specs of what a MAP sensor should put out in volts. I have read a lot on the internet and the specs very from site to site. I tested mine today, and it is 2.87 with the key on. And .97 at an idle. Is there a certain voltage per rpm kinda like the TPS changes with the throttle angle ?
