Default Map sensor question

I have a home-made sheet metal intake on my motor with a 68mm str TB. The placement on the str TB for the MAP sensor is threaded and I did not get the piece that threads into it. So obviously I could not put my 3 bar into a threaded hole, so I teed it off my fuel pressure regulator. I have searched and seen several members on here do the same. Will I run into any issues with the MAP like this? I am currently having some issues getting the car to idle correctley. If I don’t feed it gas constantly it will stall. Does anyone think that the MAP could be causing this?
