Map harness help. please read. URGENT
i picked up a 94 hatch with idle problems, i popped the hood and noticed instantly the map was not connected, i got a new clip to connect to the map sensor because mine was missing. i have narrowed down the 3 map wires to d17(white* but mine is pink)-d19(yellow/green)-d21(green/blue) from the p08 ecu. my problem is i have 3 different color wires on the clip, i dont know which is the positive, ground, and 3rd wire. if we were looking at the clip from behind, wires facing us its like this. ( - - -) the "-" symbolize a wire coming out of the back of the clip. does anyone know which is map map p(positive) and map g(ground.) ? ill label them a/b/c for now.

d17 map sencor, d19 sencor voltage, d21 sensor ground.

my bad. just reread your post. where did you get the clip from?, when i did mine i pulled it from a spare civic, so they were the same color.

a = Reference Voltage or +
b = Sensor ground
c = Sensor output to ECM
The original colors for those on the engine wire harness From the map sensor connector are
a= Yellow with red stripe
b= Green with white stripe
c=White
These wires change color at the RF shock tower 14 pin connector then go to the ecu.
Good luck
