Default Major electrical issue

Im putitng my car back together and this is the only thing holding me up. My car is a 99 cx which was completely disassembled for a respray. In the process i added power doors from a 99 Si, as well as a dash and floor harness from a Si as well.

All of the power components are working as they should be but i am getting absolutely no power to the engine. All lights and flashers work, as does the radio, cluster, and climate control, but nothing in the engine does and the fuel pump doesn't respond.

When i attempt to start the motor nothing happens. I don't know if this is a relay problem, and ecu problem, or what. I don't even know what the main relay is. So if anybody could give me a couple of options, or things i can do to figure it out, it would be much appreciated.

As of now i have replaced every fuse in both boxes and even replaced both boxes, replaced the relays, replaced the ecu and checked all connections and grounds. Its still dead

I've had this posted in the civic forum as well but could use all the help i can get.

Thanks for your time.

main relay not functioning = no power to engine or fuel pump.

have you checked for proper voltage at the main relay?
if it's missing ground or the right 12V connection, everything will still be dead.

**edit**
you happened to catch me in a good mood.

Was this a good known harness? It could have been shorted out internally and someone could have sold it.

Check your volage for the grounds; check the outer terminal from the fusebox for the wire to the alternator; see if your fuse block is actually getting power.

UPDATE

Everything is getting power : relays,, sensors, starter, fuel pump, both fuse boxes- but the situation hasnt changed. The engine doesnt turn over or crank, pump doesnt prime. The only relay click i am getting is the ignition relay on the left side of the dash, the main relay is silent, but it is good and getting power. I have no clue what this could be.

So the starter doesnt crank?

I didnt read through all of these thread. But have you tried cranking the car and testing for batt. voltage at the soleniod wire?

Hows the tranny ground cable?

What voltage are you getting at the main starter wire? (its live at all times)

Check the ground on the thermostat housing that is a major harness ground and ground for main relay as well... for all who has doubts go to your car take that ground off and see if your fuel pump or main relay clicks just my .02
