Default Electrical help severely needed

Im putitng my car back together and this is the only thing holding me up. My car is a 99 cx which was completely disassembled for a respray. In the process i added power doors from a 99 Si, as well as a dash and floor harness from a Si as well.

All of the power components are working as they should be but i am getting absolutely no power to the engine. All lights and flashers work, as does the radio, cluster, and climate control, but nothing in the engine does and the fuel pump doesn't respond.

When i attempt to start the motor nothing happens. I don't know if this is a relay problem, and ecu problem, or what. I don't even know what the main relay is. So if anybody could give me a couple of options, or things i can do to figure it out, it would be much appreciated.

Thanks for your time.

fuses,,, should be the first thing to check
it's possible the power doors might have blown a fuse somewhere? you never know

i had this same problem ... theres a main relay ...on the passenger side underneath the dash next to the glove ...box ...take out the two screws from underneath the glovebox and youll see it to the right side ... the main relay controls all fuel and ignition power ....you might want to check that out first ....its $64.00 bucks at honda-tech ....

ok. i checked every fuse on the car and they are all fine. i swapped ecu's to no avail. So the only thing it can be is the relay right ? i took it apart and looked it over and everything looked alright but i know you cant determine whether or not its ok by looking at it. So if there isn't anything else that it could be, i'll just get a new one tomorrow and give it a shot.

If anybody has any more advice feel free to chime in. thanks

The main relays are known to go out on hondas. I would buy one, see if that fixes it. if the main relay checks out good, then you'll just have a relay sitting around for when it does fail.

update

Replaced all fuses and the main relay, switched out both fuse boxes, checked all connections and grounds. Nothing changed. I have no idea what this could be.

i seem to think its small.. i have a 0 mile motor just waiting to run.. and it cant because the damn thing wont start.. did you take out or unplug any of your fuel pump plugs or the grey plug that runs under your car along your drivers side fuel tank?.

i seem to think my problem is coming from back there.. like something with fuel pump grounding out or something.. or maybe something with that harness.. or possibly the grey plug one that runs near tank under car.. I replaced everthing dash forward, so i tend to think its coming from back that way..

even if your plugs and wires were bad, the starter would go and it would try to crank over.. But we are not even getting the starters to try to crank over..
Do appreciate your help though..

it just doesnt turn over, or doesnt start? you could try jumping the starter straight to the battery to see if its working or not. is it possibly a bad starter? maybe seized from sitting or something?
