this is odd to me... for the last 2 days whenever i start up my car, teh maintainance required light has been flashing. it flashes for... oh say 10 seconds and then just turns off. if i needed maintainance it'd stay on wouldn't it?

i just recently changed the oil (last weekend) but i couldn't get the damn filter off (acura tightened it like a mother ******) so i decided to just have speedy do it next time so they can get it off. could this have anything to do with it?

i looked in my haynes (damn i want a helms) manual and it says nothing about a flash maint. light

please help, i don't know if it's a bad sign or not. thanks

 

its just reminding you to open your wallet to the dealership. There is a little square button under the dash near your right knee, hold it down for like 10 seconds next time you start your car and it should go off.
