Shifter Bushings
Bushings are bushings. The poly bushings you find now are all really the same. Get the cheapest ones you can find
you know, full bushing sets aren't that expensive. Energy sells them pretty cheap. and it includes shifter bushings...something to look into.

as far as shifter bushings go, I agree.

I have Neuspeed shift bushings. I bought them for $14.95, including shipping, from Neuspeed (www.neuspeed.com).
Not really. Me and my pal tried out the Energy ones and the Cusco ones. The Energy ones sucks. Way too squishy and the shifting feels vague. The Cusco ones are superb. Really tightens everything up. And when u squeeze both, u can feel that the Cusco ones are really HARD!
Just an observation but the shifter bushings are intended to be a little soft to reduce the harshness of the shifts. If the bushings are rock hard and you like to shift "aggressively" (like i do) you will wreak your synchros in short order (like i am)

I am a big fan of prothane bushings.
i'd recommend them. their set for the shifter comes with the little metal pipes that go through the bushing which goes by the shift lever.
small little detail. good ****.
i love their motor mount inserts. off da hook!
