LSVTEC problem...
Won't rev past 1500, in or out of gear. Throws a 14 CEL for Idle Air Control and wondering what I have to do with that knowledge, replace the sensor?
On another note, I raised compression up to about 11:1 with b16 pistons in my lsv and currently have stock fuel pump with MSD fuel pump waiting to go in. Does anyone think that the stock fuel pump can't keep up with the demands of the higher compression and that is part of the problem as well?
Here's a list of mods for reference if it helps any...B18a Block & B16a Head (P and P), Crower 402's, Crower Springs & Ti Retainers, ARP Head and Rod Bolts, LS Rods (Shotpeened), B16 Pistons, Chipped P28 ECU, AEM Fuel Rail and FPR, APEXi V-AFC, GSR Tranny, Greddy Evo Exhuast
Motor ran nice and strong for a year no leaks or anything but after raising compression ran into a few kinks.

If this is a fresh insatall try this. Make sure your map sensor and tps plugs are not reversed. They are easy to get reversed if one is not paying attention when installing the harness as the plugs are both the same 3 wire connectors. It happened to me (on a friends car) and one of my customers (his own car and own install). They would start and idle but could not be reved in or out of gear. And there were no CEL's.
As far as your #14, check the plugs for proper placement again because there are other sensors and devices on a honda motor the use that same 2 wire plug. A close one that you may have it reversed with is the air intake temp or the colant temp sensors.
Hope this helps
