Lsv crank wont spin
I just built my lsv all brand new block bored half over and head
from machine shop
81.5 type r pistons gsr head stock cams
I spun the crank before it was put together at ease now
That it has the head torqued down pistons in valve job done
Tranny mounted the crank doesnt want to spin all the way
Itll spin a little bit with force then wont move at all can
Someone help me or give me ideas why it wont move?

is your clutch slave cylinder on the tranny? once engine is together crank will be hard to spin because your fighting against the spring pressure from the valvetran...also only spin counter clockwise towards the front of the car..
Not sure what diff. the slave cylinder would make, but I do agree that turning crank after engine is assembled will be a "lot" harder, however turning and then stopping sounds like you may have the valve timing out, [valves contacting pistons].
First thing I would do is confirm valve timing iscorrect, if for no other reason then to elliminate it as the problem. 94

Sounds like a rod issue.
The rod bearing caps will go in 2 ways but only 1 way is correct. if they were installed wrong the crank will be hard to turn.!!!!!!!
Speeaking from experience.
My b18b1 rods have a number 1 on the rods. half of the 1 is on the rod and the other half is on one side of the bearing cap!!!!! they must line up to complete the number or it wont spin freely.
best of luck

Sounds like piston piston hitting valve, like already mentioned, If your valves are contacting the piston I would pull the head and make sure they are not damaged, even though youre cranking it by hand it could still damage the valve
