Default lsd into a non-lsd...

Can I put a itr or ctr lsd into a b16 hydro tranny? what parts would i need or would it be just a drop in.

I have searched and found some things but i still need more answeres.

You will need a 4.4FD GSR/ITR ring gear for that differential, as there are two different style ring gears, B16/LS are the same, GSR/ITR are different.

If you use needle bearings on your differential setting up preload will be a problem. If you have the ball bearing type then you will need to check the diff clearances and make sure they are still within specs.
