Default ECU

I have a OBD2 JDM GSR into a EJ8, 98 ex. I am unsure what ECU to use. Keep in mind that later I will be puting Neptune in it. Should I go with a OBD1 ECU p28?

I am very clueless when it comes to ECU's. I would like to stay OBD2 also.

Neptune/Hondata/Crome etc.. only support obd1 ecus. You will have to use a obd2 to obd1 jumper harness if your car is obd2 (Plug & Play) along with a obd1 ecu.

Concerning what obd1 ecu to use, you can use a bunch of different models. I recommend you read over http://www.phearable.net/tech/....html its a good read
