Default LSD Install, What Parts To Replace

I'm going to be doing a Quaife LSD install in my GSR tranny with 92k and want some advice on what parts I should replace while I'm in there...

Do you guys recommend picking up the clutch housing mainshaft and countershaft bearings? Also, should I just use new OEM enclosed differential ball bearings for the Quaife LSD?

Differential bearings
80mm Differential shim
Axle seals
Clutch Housing Mainshaft bearing and seal
Any synchro kits where the sleeves are worn or having trouble moving up and down the hub.
Any shift forks that don't clearance properly with the synchro sleeves (replace synchro sleeves as necessary to help it clearance properly as well).

The countershaft clutch housing bearing is almost always ok to reuse. The B-series mainshaft clutch housing bearing is also usually ok, but I'd replace it anyways as a part of regular maintenance. Replace the mainshaft seal as well.

Yes.

When changing the mainshaft clutch housing bearing, it is necessary to adjust the mainshaft thrust clearance?
