I am not sure I get what you are asking....which head is better for ls/vtec? or wich one flows better? the answer to both of those questions is b16.
Whats an ls/tec? is that like fords Ztec motor? hahahah.....ztec = no tech.
try your question again in a more complete sentance.

OK if you use an LS head on an LS block you'd get LS/LS
B16 flows more if that's what your asking.

An ITR head is basically a port and polished B16A head. Flows much better.

either gsr head or b16 head is fine, altough i recommend getting a b16 head simply because its its easier to find, cheaper, and you have better manifold options to choose from.

GSR head makes more compression and check out some of the dyno charts at http://www.importreview.com

check it out guys.
http://www.importreview.com/reviews/...sB16Ahead.html

GO GSR HEAD! Not even port and polished and still stomps on the b16a head that has a minor port/polish from portflow. (basically the same as itr head)

B16a heads are better thatn b18c for all motor or turbo. The b16 head flows about 5.25% better than a gsr head. That 18.2 extra horsepower on a 300hp scale.

yea and hes wrong anyways

What flows more isnt what mattters. What makes more power does. Look at every single pro car running low 11's or high 10's and tell me what the head says. I gaurantee it says p72.

The Combustion chamber is shaped better and the ports on the Intake manifold are lower. Talk to some old V8 guys and they will sya that lower port location is benfitial. Not to mention the CR will be .2-.3 higher on a GSR head over a B16/b18c5 head.

GSR head if ya can find one. There is nothing worng with a b16 head but for all out power nuts a fully worked GSR head is untouchable. TRUST ME.
