LS/VTEC recipe

I'm looking for some information on a LS/VTEC setup. If anybody has some information on it or know where I can I get. Please let me know, Thanks!

I'm looking for info on putting it together!

There's also a lot of good info on G2IC.com as well under teg tips and if you have the time to run a search as well...
